How does billing work?
Pro is billed via Stripe inside the web app. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Card details are handled by Stripe, not us.
Do I have to pay to use HGV Time Pilot?
No. The Free tier covers the live cab timer with current-shift compliance hints and basic dashboard orientation. Pro adds card upload, full compliance analysis, reports, and unlimited AI for drivers who want the full picture.
Are my payment details safe?
Yes. Payment processing runs through Stripe. We don't store your card number — only the metadata Stripe returns so we can show your subscription status.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellation is one click in the web app and takes effect at the end of your current period. Your account remains on Free, ready to upgrade again whenever you want.
